Pallas Foods (a Sysco Company), Newcastle West, Co. Limerick –Redevelopment Plan

Mechanical Services associated with the renovations of existing structures involving the complete modernisation of their facility in Newcastle West, Co. Limerick. Alongside the renovations, a shared services centre to include a customer development kitchen, staff changing areas, staff toilet and shower facilities, offices and showrooms was created. In addition, a new gym, restaurant and training rooms was also included.

Included co-ordinating M&E Services, full HVAC system / AHU’s, air conditioning, mechanical heating and cooling throughout, fire smoke damper system, BMS controls and domestic water services including completion of health and safety file.
