This completed project consistedof Mechanical Services associated with the refurbishment of an existing vacant 5-storey office building on Alexandra Road, Dublin Docks, Dublin to create new modern open plan offices over the 5 floors.

Services include co-ordinating M&E Services, soils and wastes installation, hot and cold water services, heating and boiler house installation, air conditioning and ventilation installation.
