University Hospital Limerick –24 Bed Extension

This project consisted of complete Mechanical Services associated with the construction of a rapid build 24-bed extension to University Hospital, Limerick. This project was a fast-track project for the HSE Estates, delivering a 24-bed single block unit, adding medical capacity to respond to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Included co-ordinating M&E Services, heating, hot and cold water, sanitary ware, soils and wastes and ventilation installations, medical gas systems and pneumatic tube installation including completion of health and safety file.
