University Hospital, Limerick –Covid-19 Laboratory

This project consisted of complete Mechanical Services associated with the construction of a new 3-storey purpose-built COVID Test Laboratory to the rear of the University Hospital Campus, to facilitate Covid testing with accommodation for Laboratory Staff during the Covid 19 crisis. This project was constructed as a rapid build modular laboratory providing purpose-built physically separated areas for the four stages of testing.

Works involved co-ordinating M&E Services, heating installation, air conditioning and ventilation installations, water services, BMS controls, fire fighting and domestic plumbing including completion of health and safety file.
