This completed project consisted of complete Mechanical Services associated with the construction of a new 2950m2two storey Primary Care Centre on a greenfield site. The PCC also consists of a mental health day hospital.

Services included co-ordinating M&E Services, Services include co-ordinating M&E Services, soils and wastes installation, hot and cold water services, heating and boilerhouse installation, air conditioning, medical gases installation, BMS installation, natural gas works.
