Clinical Education & Research Centre (CERC) at University Hospital Limerick

This project consistedof complete Mechanical Services associated with the construction of the new modern development comprising of a 3,442m2four storey education building accommodating a 150 seat lecture theatre, tutorial rooms on the ground floor, library and office accommodation and research facilities on the first floor, academic and administrative and technical support staff offices on the second floor along with education and research facilities on part of the third floor. This contract was delivered using a Building Information Modelling Process (BIM) to Level 2 maturity. John Sisk & Son managed the Common Data Environments (CDE) for the model.

Services include co-ordinating M&E Services, soils and wastes installation, hot and cold water services, heating and boiler house installation, mechanical cooling installation, air conditioning, natural gas works and ventilation installation.
