Consisting of complete Mechanical Services associated with the alternations, refurbishment and extension to Unit 8 (A, B & C) including a 400m2extension to the rear of the building at Burlington Business Park, Tullamore, Co. Offaly.Units A & B involved the provision of a new canteen, office and archive areas in the basement and within the new mezzanine on the first floor. Unit C involved the provision of new reception, offices, archive and other ancillary areas. The 400 sq.m. extension houses the forklift charging station.

Services included co-ordinating M&E Services, Services include co-ordinating M&E Services, soils and wastes installation, hot and cold water services, heating and boiler house installation, air conditioning, plate heat exchanger, AC cassette units, fire suppression, fire sprinkler system and gas detection.
