Consisting of complete Mechanical Services associated with the new development, on a greenfield site, of a circa 5,100 m2four storey shell and core commercial office building including a single storey extension at Block C, Shannon Free Zone.

Services include co-ordinating M&E Services, soils and wastes installation, hot and cold waterservices, heating and boilerhouse installation, air conditioning, air handling unit, heating recovery unit and chilled water installation, BMS and controls installation, natural gas works.

The fit out included a 120 seat canteen complete with fire rated duct from kitchen canopy extract, dishwash & potwash extracts, cold room, day goods store and gas providing systems.
