Consisting of complete Mechanical Services associated with the redevelopment of an existing vacant city office block to provide Student and Self Catering Holiday and Self-Catering Apartment Suites, consisting of 65 single suites, 8 twin suites and 4 two-bed suites, a reception area, TV/cinema lounge, juice bar and games area.
Services include co-ordinating M&E Services, soils and wastes installation, hot and cold water services, 6 No. heat pumps and plant room installation, air conditioning, solar panel system and Aereco Demand Control Ventilation Installation.
