Consisting of complete Mechanical Services associated with the construction of a single storey building which provides a swimming pool and a separate three store extension which provides an elite dry sports training facility.The swimming pool includes a 25m x 10m training pool complete with diving facility to 4m depth at one end with a retractable floor, additional squad changing rooms and associated shower areas.
